Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products so you can buy from us with confidence. O Accessories are FINAL SALE (does not include shoes)

Returns are accepted for EXCHANGE only at this time for in stock items only or STORE CREDIT. Original shipping fee and return shipping cost are non-refundable.

You may return the items within 10 days of delivery for exchange. In order to Exchange an item, you must email us at lovelacecollective@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order prior to shipping back to us!

Items must be returned in original condition with receipt. Items that are new with tags should be returned unused with their original tags attached.
