We stand behind the quality of our products so you can buy from us with confidence. However, if something doesn't work out, we will do our best to make it right!

Returns are accepted for Store Credit or Exchange (based on availability) within 14 days of shipping your item. Original shipping fee and return shipping cost are non-refundable.

In order to Exchange or Return an item, you must email us at lovelacecollective@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions. Please do not send back items without first receiving return instructions from us.

Items must be returned in original condition and with receipt. Items that are new with tags should be returned unused with their original tags attached.

Love & Lace Collective, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We also send to the address you provide that you provide at checkout. Please make sure the address you wish to send it to is correct upon paying invoice! We will not cover costs for re-shipping to correct address.
